Conditions and Restrictions on Service Provision

01 NATURE OF THE SERVICE

LandAIA is a technology platform providing software services for practising brokers and real-estate service businesses, with tools for property-portfolio management, field surveys, customer management (CRM), data analytics and an artificial-intelligence (AI) assistant.

To avoid any misunderstanding, LandAIA is not:

• A real-estate exchange, brokerage or transaction representative;
• A professional legal, financial, investment or valuation adviser.

The Platform does not act in transactions, does not collect brokerage fees and does not take part in any sale, purchase or lease relationship between users and any third party.

02 USER CONDITIONS

• Be at least 18 years old with full civil act capacity under Vietnamese law; the Platform is not intended for persons under 18;
• Register an account with truthful, accurate information (full name, email, phone number) and take responsibility for the data you upload;
• Keep your login credentials and devices secure;
• Accept the Terms of Service, the Personal Data Privacy Policy and other policies published on the Platform;
• When entering third-party data (customers, homeowners…) into the system, you warrant that you hold full lawful rights to that data.

03 TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

• Mobile app: an iOS or Android device on an operating-system version supported by the app store;
• Website: a recent version of a mainstream browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox…);
• An Internet connection. Some survey features work offline and sync automatically when the device reconnects.

04 SCOPE OF PROVISION

• Services are provided within Vietnam; the Platform's main language is Vietnamese (some legal pages also have English versions);
• Services are delivered entirely online, with no physical goods shipped.

05 PLAN LIMITS AND WORK MODES

• Feature scope depends on the service plan in use (the Free plan has quantity and feature limits; paid plans extend benefits as described on the purchase screen);
• AI features draw on a credit allowance included in the plan or bought in addition;
• Users in Enterprise mode may be restricted from accessing, viewing or sharing certain community data to comply with the configuration and internal rules of the enterprise they belong to;
• Downgrading before the current plan expires is not possible (you may upgrade, or renew the same plan).

06 PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users undertake not to:

• Defraud, manipulate or provide false information;
• Attack or interfere with the system without authorisation;
• Collect or exploit data from the Platform unlawfully;
• Enter third parties' sensitive personal data without lawful rights;
• Infringe the intellectual-property rights of the Company or third parties; extract, download or redistribute system resources without permission;
• Remove, hide or falsify the identification labels and authentication codes the Platform attaches to AI-generated content.

07 SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION RIGHTS

The Company may suspend, restrict or stop providing services to an account when:

• There are signs of a breach of law or of the Terms of Service;
• There is conduct compromising system security or safety;
• A competent state authority so requires.

The service may also be interrupted temporarily for technical reasons, maintenance, upgrades or force majeure; the Company will give advance notice on the Platform where circumstances allow and restore the service as soon as possible.

08 REFERENCE NATURE OF INFORMATION AND AI CONTENT

All information, data, analyses and suggestions displayed on the Platform (including AI-generated content) are provided on an "as-is" basis and are for reference only. Every decision to transact, sign contracts or make payments is the user's own independent decision. Users are always clearly informed when interacting with the AI assistant; AI-generated content carries an identification label and can be verified at the public tool verify.landaia.net.
