01 PRICE LISTING PRINCIPLES
- All paid services on the Platform are publicly priced in Vietnamese Dong (VND) right on the purchase screen in the app and on the website, before the Customer confirms the purchase;
- Listed prices state: the package name, its benefits, the subscription term and the total amount payable; prices clearly indicate whether value-added tax (VAT) is included;
- Customers pay nothing beyond the amount displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase (except third-party fees, if any — for example bank-transfer fees charged by the Customer's own bank under that bank's tariff).
02 SERVICE GROUPS AND PRICING

In-app purchase prices via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) are displayed per the app store's listing at the time of purchase and may differ from direct-payment prices due to the app store's pricing policies.
03 TERM DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
- When buying longer terms (3, 6, 12 months), Customers may receive a discount; the discount rate (if any) is displayed openly on the term-selection screen together with the final amount payable;
- Promotional programmes (if any) are announced publicly on the Platform from time to time and comply with the laws on trade promotion.
04 TAXES
The Company fulfils its tax obligations under the laws of Vietnam. Where a listed price does not include VAT, the VAT amount (if any) is shown clearly before the Customer confirms payment.
05 PRICE CHANGES
- The Company may adjust service prices; new prices are announced publicly on the Platform at least 03 days before taking effect;
- Price adjustments are not retroactive: packages already purchased and activated keep their benefits and term until expiry;
- Each transaction is charged at the listed price displayed at the moment the Customer confirms the purchase.
