This Policy explains how LandAIA uses cookies on its website and local storage technologies in the mobile application to deliver the best possible service to You.
2. COOKIES ON THE WEBSITE

2.2. Enterprise websites on the Platform
Websites of enterprises operating on the Platform (the enterprise's own domain or a landaia.net subdomain) use only necessary cookies: enterprise_session (session), XSRF-TOKEN (form forgery protection) and gt_ung_tuyen (records the referrer code when You open a recruitment link, kept for 30 days). When the enterprise enables spam protection, forms also include a Cloudflare Turnstile check. The footer of every page carries this notice.
3. LOCAL STORAGE IN THE MOBILE APPLICATION
The LandAIA mobile app uses local storage technologies on Your device to improve performance and enable offline use.
3.1. Secure Storage
Data is encrypted and stored securely:
- Access Token: Session authentication token
- Refresh Token: Token used to renew sessions
- Device biometric sign-in information (only if You enable fingerprint/face sign-in): kept in the device's secure storage, removed when You sign out yourself or delete Your account
Technology: Android Encrypted SharedPreferences / iOS Keychain
3.2. Local Database
Data is stored locally for offline use:

4. MANAGING LOCAL DATA
4.1. On the website
You can delete cookies via Your browser settings:

4.2. In the mobile application
- Clear cache: Go to Settings → Data → Clear cache
- Sign out yourself: Removes authentication tokens, biometric sign-in information, and the assistant conversations and search results stored on the device
- Uninstall the app: Deletes all local data
5. IMPACT OF DELETING DATA
⚠️ Note
- Deleting website cookies: You will need to log in again
- Clearing app cache: Synced data will be reloaded from the server
🚨 IMPORTANT WARNING
Unsynced data will be PERMANENTLY LOST if You take the following actions before having a network connection:
- Clear app cache
- Uninstall the app
- Clear app data in device Settings
Recommendation: Always ensure You have a network connection and wait for sync to complete (✓ icon) before deleting data or uninstalling the app.

We may update this Policy in response to technology or legal changes. The new version is published on this page with its effective date; if a change introduces cookies that are not strictly necessary, We will ask for Your consent before using them.
